Beneteau Oceanis 46

Beneteau Oceanis 46

This Beneteau Oceanis 46, Silver Lining, is a very popular cruising yacht, known for her comfort, space, and balanced sailing performance. She has been carefully used and maintained and has never been used for charter. Rigged as fractional sloop, Silver Lining is equipped with a fully battened Hood Sails mainsail, a Hood Sails furling genoa, and a powerful Cruising Chute that has only been used three times. The cockpit layout is thoughtfully designed for short-handed sailing, with all lines led aft and winches positioned within easy reach of the helms. Further highlights include a 75 hp diesel engine, bow thruster, three-bladed folding propeller, a Fischer Panda generator with low running hours, and a Raymarine navigation package including radar. Further to that, a bimini, a sprayhood, winter cover, and a Magma gas BBQ.

Below deck, the Oceanis 46 impresses with her spacious interior, abundant natural light, and generous headroom throughout. The saloon offers ample seating, and ventilation is good thanks to the multiple opening ports and hatches. Silver Lining features three double bed cabins and two bathrooms. The forward owner’s cabin is particularly generous and includes an island bed, plenty of storage and a private ensuite with manual toilet, wash basin and separate shower. The two aft guest cabins both offer comfortable double berths and good storage, sharing the second bathroom, which is also fitted with a manual toilet, washbasin, and separate shower. This Beneteau is a sought-after all-rounder and will be a very good choice for those seeking comfort, reliability and solid cruising performance.
