This Hanse 588 with Hardtop is as well-designed and well-constructed as it is impressive. She has a grey hull, clean synthetic teak laid decks, a hydraulically controlled fold-down transom, a garage with a clever launching and retrieval system for a dinghy, a T-Top with integrated retractable canvas panel, and a big sail locker in the bow. The wide cockpit features twin steering columns, ample seating and twin cockpit tables that can be electrically lowered to create a nice lounge area. The sail plan includes a battened mainsail, a self-tacking jib, a Furlström sail and a gennaker on a furler, lazy bag and lazy jacks. She is, furthermore, fitted out with a hydraulic back stay adjuster, electric winches, retractable bow- and stern thruster, a 150hp diesel engine, 4-bladed folding prop, an 8kW generator with only 105 running hours and a Besenzoni hydraulic gangway. Both helm stations as well the navigation corner below deck are abundantly fitted out with B&G navigation instruments and controls to make your sailing experience even more pleasant and carefree.
The spacious interior of this Hanse 588 bathes in natural light thanks to the numerous windows and hatches. She has a large owner’s cabin located forward with an island berth and a head compartment to port and a shower compartment to starboard. The two guest cabins with double bed and ensuite heads are located aft alongside the companion way. And if necessary, an extra double bed can be created by electrically lowering de salon table. She is fitted out with all comforts to make your stay on board even more comfortable like, air-conditioning throughout, heating throughout, leather upholstery, electric toilets, a dishwasher, and a Fusion entertainment package.
