Charming and sturdy Staverse trawler cutter for sale. She has been built by the Dutch Yard De Volharding and has a steel hull, steel superstructure and a teak pilot house. This motorsailer is a derived version of the traditional Dutch eel fishing boats. She is fitted out with the traditional masts (with a maximum height of 8 meters) and an additional sail rig with main sail, genoa, mizzen and stay sail. The masts of the sail rig, with a maximum height of 12.80 meters, can be lowered by a stainless steel lowering system. To achieve better sailing performance, the draft of the box keel has been lengthened by 40 centimetres.
The interior of this Staverse Trawel Cutter is traditional and classic. The pilot house features a helm station to port and a small settee to starboard. A few steps down from the pilot house are the cosy saloon, with settees on both sides, and the small galley amidships. The front part of the boat is dedicated to the V-berth cabin, and the head compartment is located aft to starboard. For the chilly evenings, the interior can comfortably be heated by the Dickinson oil heater. A classic boat that never goes out of style.
